5-Day Serengeti Migration Safari Tanzania
Day 1: arrival in Arusha.
Arrive anytime at Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA). We will arrange a private transfer from Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA). To Arusha at Moivaro Lodge, where the rest of the day is leisurely. We stay at the lodge, which is beautiful and a perfect place to prepare for your adventure.
We will gather in the hotel for a pre-safari briefing and an equipment check.

Day 2: Game Drive in Serengeti National Park.
Morning breakfast at the lodge. Game drive en route to the great Serengeti Plains via Ngorongoro Conservation Area. After a picnic lunch, proceed with your game drive in the central Serengeti National Park around Seronera or trace the direction of the migration. Dinner and overnight at the lodge: full board.
Day 3: Game Drive in Serengeti National Park.
Depending on the time of year and the migration of the herds, you can expect to see wildebeest, lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, monkeys, baboons, hippos, rhinos, and antelopes, as well as a multitude of birds.
Dinner and overnight at the lodge: full board.
Day 4: Game Drive in Ngorongoro Crater.
An early morning game drive in the Serengeti was followed by a picnic lunch on the way to Ngorongoro Crater.
Today we will descend 2000 feet (over 600 meters) to the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater for your crater tour. Here, we will explore the forest areas inhabited by monkeys and elephants and the lake area, where we may see flamingos. We will also visit the open savannah, where the lions hunt. A picnic lunch will be served in the crater.
Dinner and overnight lodge: half board.
Day 5: Karatu to the Airport
After breakfast, you will drive toward the airport. On the way, you can stop at some convenience stores for the gift shops before departure.
